ON-SITE FULL DAY RETAIL MERCHANDISING TRAINING

This is a hands-on on-site full day training session which will include the Zoom MERCHANDISING RULES 101 training information, and the merchandising of your store with your staff. They’ll learn what I see from the front door clear through to the back of the store. We’ll make a plan from your window displays to floor and wall merchandising. There will be demonstrations in group format, and then break outs into group merchandising, which we will then critique and learn from. It is ground-breaking to see the transformations and personal growth from this hands-on experience.

Additionally we will talk about Social Media postings and include examples of ‘flat lays’. We’ll discuss mannequins and their ability to be ‘Silent Sellers’. You’ll learn how they support your merchandising, and how to dress them. We’ll talk about ‘Brand Message’ and what’s included with that message. We’ll discuss Signage. Well-placed, well-worded brand-appropriate signage that entices shoppers to look, touch and purchase.

The Fee:  $1795.00 plus gst

If you are out of the ‘Greater Vancouver’ area, travel time, and expenses will be charged additionally. (i.e. airfare, meals, accommodation as per CRA recommendations.
