Urban Spaces worked with this client on the renovation and store design of three of their properties. Each one was a complete rebuild from demolition to completion. Two were within High-End Malls, and one on a Street front. Retail Design and Space Planning were key to the success of this Fashion Retailer. Every aspect was new from the Corporate Signage and colour palette, flooring choices, reflected ceilings, custom seating and store fixtures, high-end mannequins, custom cash desks and well thought out dressing rooms.

Since dressing rooms are key to fashion sales, and in fact when customers use fitting rooms they are seven times more likely to buy products compared to those who are simply browsing the sales floor, we always make sure that the dressing rooms are: aesthetically beautiful, clean, have fantastic lighting, high quality mirrors, well placed rods for hanging up clothing and wonderful seating. We put a lot of thought into this area, and ensure that even the dressing rooms are part of the branding message.
